Adding basic facts - by being able to count on...
Subtraction of basic facts: being able to draw circles and take away the amount ( " I have some...and some went away.."and "I have some and I want to add some more...")
I have introduced Place Value - please review - The Ones Column and the Tens Column. They are familiar with describing a tower of ten by using linking cubes. They are able to draw towers of ten and the amount of ones for any number. Please have a conversation about Place Value. - More info to follow...
